Calendly is looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who combines people leadership with strong technical execution and a product mindset. The role works directly with the Senior Director of Engineering and partners closely with product, design, data, security, and go-to-market stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap for new Scheduling products. You will mentor and grow engineers, lead agile ceremonies, and work on a product used by millions. Remote (US).

- ▹Coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new engineering team members
- ▹Identifying future technical needs and creating plans to meet them
- ▹Providing feedback and guidance to help the company continuously grow and scale
- ▹Hiring engineers to build out new and existing squads, with oversight on all team members hired onto the squad
Elvárások
- ▹3+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
- ▹5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- ▹Experience driving the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve engineering team productivity, collaboration, and delivery efficiency in an AI-first organization
- ▹Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS
- ▹Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
- ▹Previous experience leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution
- ▹Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts
- ▹Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies
- ▹Availability for participation in on-call rotation for business-critical alerts outside regular hours
- ▹Authorized to work lawfully in the USA (Calendly does not provide immigration sponsorship)

- ▹Tier 1 (San Francisco, San Jose, New York City) base salary range: USD 232,626 - 281,888
- ▹Tier 2 (Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Portland, Seattle, Miami, and all other CA cities) range: USD 213,241 - 258,398
- ▹Tier 3 (all other locations) range: USD 193,855 - 234,907
- ▹Top Performer Bonus program (or sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits for all full-time (30 hrs/week) employees
- ▹Role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites
