This is a future opening at Webflow - there is currently no immediate opening or confirmed start date; the posting connects with candidates for anticipated hiring needs in H2 2026. Webflow is building an AI-native Digital Experience Platform as a remote-first company. The company is expanding its engineering team in Argentina, and this role would be one of the first members of the Buenos Aires team. Hiring spans key product areas including Webflow Cloud (deploying fully operational web apps on Webflow-hosted domains) and Webflow e-Commerce (the next-generation ecommerce platform); team preference can be shared during the interview process.

Feladatok

  • ▹Design and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs
  • ▹Work with technologies such as Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, Amazon Web Services EC2, S3, Lambdas, Kafka and more
  • ▹Demonstrate expertise across multiple technical domains
  • ▹Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy
  • ▹Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization deliverables
  • ▹Produce maintainable, tested, performant and scalable code
  • ▹Author, collaborate on and evaluate design documents
  • ▹Influence technical designs and team-level prioritization and participate in technical solutions
  • ▹Collaborate with product managers and designers in an autonomous, supportive team environment
  • ▹Mentor junior engineers in technical skills and Webflow culture
  • ▹Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening hiring processes and leading internal hackathon teams

Elvárások

  • ▹5+ years developing and deploying web applications, with a proven track record of shipping code
  • ▹Familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript, able to write scalable services and APIs using Express.js, GraphQL, Apollo and MongoDB
  • ▹Ability to debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
  • ▹Proven experience building complex web systems
  • ▹Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress)
  • ▹Comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment
  • ▹Stay curious and open to growth, with a proactive embrace of AI and building fluency in emerging technologies
